Since then, she has held many healthcare positions within the Santa Barbara community, previously holding a dual role as Healthcare Administrator as well as Executive Director in a 150 bed Skilled Care Facility.  Her approach to making a significant contribution to an organization is by working collaboratively and leading teams in achieving the best outcome both clinically and operationally. Leila is passionate about what she does and enjoys having daily, meaningful conversations with residents, their families as well as staff.
